These terms govern your use of streamprouk.shop and the services offered by StreamPro. By using this site or requesting a free trial, you agree to these terms.

StreamPro provides a media player setup service. StreamPro does not host, sell or distribute any content, channels or playlists itself.

The service

StreamPro helps you set up a media player application on devices you already own (such as a Fire TV Stick, Smart TV, phone or tablet), with support provided over WhatsApp.

Free trial

The free trial is offered for a limited period (currently 24 hours) with no payment required to start it.
No card details are collected to begin a trial.
We reserve the right to limit, modify or end the free trial offer at any time.

Continuing after the trial

If you choose to continue after your trial, pricing and payment details will be shared with you directly on WhatsApp before you're asked to pay anything. There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You're responsible for the device and internet connection you use with the service.

Support

Support is provided over WhatsApp during our normal hours. We aim to respond promptly but can't guarantee a specific response time.

Cancellation

You can stop using the service and request cancellation at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp — there's no long-term contract.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We aren't liable for issues arising from your own device, internet connection, or third-party hardware/software compatibility, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
